It's always humbling when someone special, invites you to to be part of their special event. It's great to be loved in such a wonderful way and that's just how Hearts of Harmony; Dee Cooper, Randy Bailey, Katrina Bailey and Mark Godfrey, out of Titusville, Florida made us feel. Celebrating the Fifth Anniversary of their music ministry, Hearts of Harmony invited the GHBs to share with them in a very exciting concert on March 4th at First Pentecostal Church located at 1010 Norwood Avenue in Titusville. We were excited about visiting First Pentecostal for they are a congregation that loves gospel music. Their pastor is none other than gospel music ledgend, Hal Kennedy. Hal was a featured soloist and guitarist on TVs Singing Jubilee with the Dixie Echos, Goodmans and Florida Boys for many years during the 1960s and 70s.

What a wonderful surprise awaited the GHBs in Florida, as we learned that our wonderful friends Roy Pauley and "Forgiven" were in the area and had reserved the night to spend with us and Hearts of Harmony! Roy did a masterful job MC'ing the program and Forgiven made a guest apprearance on the concert program that the Titusville audience absoultely loved. What a pleasure to have the opportunity to fellowship and worship with Roy, Debbie and Cloid Baker and long time friend (and once GHB member) Tank Tackett. If these guys are singing in your area - don't miss them. They will be at my home church, Cross Lanes Baptist, on the evening of October 29th.

What a pleasure to have the opportunity to fellowship and worship with Roy, Debbie and Cloid Baker and long time friend Tank Tackett

Another old friend and fellow West Virginian, Charles Lockhart joined us for the evening and sang "Steal Away and Pray" with the GHBs. Charles is blessed with one of the finest bass voice I've ever heard and he truly blessed hearts as he sang. In addition to meeting some great old friends, the opportunity arose to meet another of Gospel music's true ledgends. Don Baldwin sang with the Courier Quartet and MC'ed the National Quartet Convention for many years. He now lives in the area, and we were honored to have him visit with us for the evening. What a great honor for us to sing for Don. It was a pleasure to have him on the front row enjoying the concert with us.

It was truly our pleasure to be part of Hearts of Harmony's fifth anniversary concert. What a wonderful and memorable evening. If you live anywhere close to Titusville and you weren't there, you should'a been. It was truly an evening filled with fun and inspiration.
