Vol. 1 January, 2006 Edition
Well, 2005 proved to be a most blessed year for us. For those of you who have been following our schedule, you no have doubt noticed that we have been very busy, and God has opened many opportunities for the group to minister to an ever wider audience. Last year saw a reorganization of the group, as we picked up the name once again. We also launched our first web site, to many favorable reviews, giving us an outreach never before available to us.
We also had our share of difficulties along the way, but God has been gracious. Our dear brother Scott, who took the lead position for us recently, announced he could no longer keep up the demands of the road, so we are in the middle of another transition. We wish Scott the very best. His talent is tremendous, and we enjoyed the brief time we had to work with him.
Greg Tingler accepts lead spot with GHB
We are at the same time pleased to announce our good friend, and former long time GHB member, Greg Tingler, has agreed to accept the lead spot. Greg brings a load of talent, skill, and experience to us. Plus, he's a real character, so he'll fit right in with the rest of us! Greg worked extensively with us during our search for a lead singer last year, so he's primed and ready to hit the road. Join us in welcoming Greg back to the concert stage.
Speaking Of The Site... we are so excited about the revamp of our web home. We hope you like the more professional appearance, and improvements we've made. Our site has been well received, and it is our goal to make this the best gospel music site on the web. This newsletter page is your launch pad for all the GHB news. Our webmaster says it's just like a church bulletin, except you can't wrap your gum with it. You just have to know him.
Ideas? We listen!
Looking forward, we are working to make it back to the studio at the first opportunity. We have a lot of great new material to record, along with some favorites, all done in that smooth four part harmony you've come to expect. Those of you who have recorded know what a tough job preparation is, and we have really been preparing! Stay tuned for more information in the near future.

New for 2006, we have revived some of our classic recordings for a new generation on CD! This is a great opportunity for you to enjoy some of our finest material once again. We believe these recordings are as fresh and powerful today as they were when we first released them. These CD's are all digitally remastered from the best available sources, and include the original album art.
We've started the Classic CD Series off with three favorites, "Presenting...", which was a collaboration with The Cathedrals and The Mariners back in 1965. It's a fantastic recording you're sure to treasure. Then, we have 1976's album, "Our Tribute to God and Country" and "Grow Closer", from 1977, both two of our favorites, and we're sure you will enjoy them, too. You can sample these new CD's in our online GHB Shop.
While we're on the shop topic, we've made online purchases easier by adopting PayPal, a secure, popular method for shopping at your computer terminal. We hope this new feature is helpful to you.
Until next time, God Bless
